Meet the Founder!
Chris Rice, MA, CAS, is a lifelong coach, passionate educator, and dedicated advocate whose mission is to serve others and help others reach their goals. A trained and licensed school psychologist, Chris has served in the education space for over a decade. In his roles, he has coached and consulted with countless educators, advocated for families/students, evaluated over 1000 students, developed and written districtwide policies, and trained partners in a variety of essential topics. Most recently, Chris has served as a gifted education psychologist in a central service position for a major school district in North Carolina.
In addition to his professional resume, Chris is the current president of the North Carolina Association for the Gifted and Talented, serves on the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee for the National Association for Gifted Children, and he is a NC Education Policy Fellow (2025-2026). Outside of education, Chris has coached sports for the past 15 years, including football, wrestling, basketball, and lacrosse.
He resides in Cary, NC with his wife, son, and playful pup.
